THE PROBLEM:
To create a cohesive branding and marketing plan that emphasized family recipes, high quality product and service, while utilizing new media and viral marketing.

OUR SOLUTION:
Paradigm Productions reviewed all existing collateral and branding, including the restaurant interior design and signage (brandscaping). This analysis had led the implementation of new menus, website, interactive multimedia signage/menu systems, television commercials, photography, billboards, eblasts, etc.

THE PROBLEM:
This unique location, high-end clientele, and the need to distinguish the project from dozens of other condo developments in Memphis, meant the Carlisle Corporation needed to find a company that could grasp the unique elements of the project and tell a compelling story.

THE PROBLEM:
The project was already built and sales were underway when Paradigm Productions was brought in. The depressed condo market in Florida along with a previously unfocussed marketing campaign, made this project a perfect fit for Paradigm Productions.

OUR SOLUTION:
A complete architectural, design and marketing analysis was undertaken by Paradigm to review all strengths and weaknesses of the project. By combining our architectural/planning backgrounds with our marketing and graphic design skills, we were able to develop and fully integrated plan.

A clear project message was established, along with all marketing materials and onsite architectural refinements were put in place to help the sales team. Additionally, we worked with consultants to develop a series of weekly events to draw attention to the project.

THE PROBLEM:
Much like Redfish Village, the project was already partially built and had basic marketing materials in place. However, they needed to be refined, clarified, and a cohesive marketing strategy needed to be developed.

OUR SOLUTION:
Paradigm Productions was brought in by Local Globally Investments to rebrand the project and to create a new marketing strategy. A unique interactive sales tool was developed to help the sales team stay on message and to explain the unique pedestrian oriented nature of the project.

THE PROBLEM:
This world renowned school was in the process of a major expansion to a tight downtown site. Though many of the school structures were already in place or under construction, there was not a way to “walk” donors and potential students through the entire project.

OUR SOLUTION:
Paradigm Productions flew to Los Angeles to capture 2 days of b-roll performances, lectures, and existing architecture that would ultimately be edited along with virtual renditions of the key buildings and spaces under construction. A video that captures the school’s history, student life, community outreach and the expansion project was a key tool in the capital campaign.

THE PROBLEM:
A clear and compelling story needed to be told to insure that $18 million could be raised quickly. Traditional static architectural drawings and brochures would not suffice.

OUR SOLUTION:
Paradigm Productions worked with the staff of PDS closely in a creative format that integrated staff, students, and hand drawings into a virtual representation of the expansion. Our in-house green screen studio and creation of the virtual spaces allowed us to bring the project to life. This video was then used for the major project kick off and in individual meetings and online to entice donors.

The creative talent at Paradigm transformed our architectural drawings into lifelike images that have inspired and motivated individuals to make significant capital campaign commitments in the midst of a challenging economic environment.

THE PROBLEM:
A series of municipal entitlements and reviews needed to be handled as quickly as possible while simultaneously developing presentation materials for potential luxury brand retailers. Several local and national agencies were considered, but Paradigm Production’s understanding of mixed-use developments, marketing and the ability to work with very little design information made them the logical choice.

OUR SOLUTION:
Paradigm created a series of vignettes, videos, brochure and website to handle both the municipal and retailer presentations. A unique and high end modular brochure system was developed to handle constant changes to data and architectural designs. As the office component moves into the marketing phase, Paradigm will create additional marketing materials.

Paradigm Productions helped to take an idea on paper and bring it to life for prospective tenants.  Their creative helped to showcase the success of a twenty year old development and document the vision of the mixed-use expansion.  Not only did the virtual tour wow our prospective tenants, but it proved to be an essential tool in working through the approval project with local government.

THE PROBLEM:
An evolving design, the need to work through governmental reviews, funding sources, and marketing created a tall order beyond the scope of most marketing or graphics firms. Paradigm Productions was selected because of our ability to work within such parameters.

OUR SOLUTION:
As the project progressed Paradigm Productions unique illustrations, videos and interactive components became the driving elements in all marketing materials. We designed and coordinated the sales center layout, graphics and presentations, while developing an integrated website and marketing graphics.

We have had the pleasure of working with Paradigm Productions since the early planning stages of Signature Tower. Paradigm’s ability to create clear and enticing illustrations, animations and marketing tools was key to the successful entitlement process for this mixed-use tower, resulting in the approval of unprecedented height and density. THE PROBLEM:
Though the project already had a variety of marketing collateral and a website in place, none of these items provided a clear vision of the project.

OUR SOLUTION:
Paradigm Productions initially reviewed the existing collateral and interviewed key players from the development team to understand the key messages and to create a script that would capture the essence and lifestyle of the project. Very little design information was available. In fact, only a hand drawn sketch of the site, a few houses and a single CAD drawing of a portion of the town center were available.

Paradigm Productions was able to “infill” the design and create a detailed lifestyle virtual tour that takes you through the entire development - residential neighborhoods, village green, marina, yacht club and other amenities.

Our existing marketing materials did not give full vision of Liberty Harbor. Paradigm Productions was able to create a realistic environment that brought the project to life and showcased the lifestyle…..and all with very little design information to guide them.

THE PROBLEM:
Though the project already had a variety of marketing collateral and a website in place, none of these items provided a clear vision of the project.

OUR SOLUTION:
Some controversy surrounds the project given its proximity to existing natural areas and farm land along with a misunderstanding of the project focus, relation to downtown, sensitivity to the environment and benefits to the regional tax base.

Paradigm Productions created a video to more clearly communicate the benefits of the project - location, economic impact, walkable and sustainable design that is sensitive to the natural surroundings. A unique mix of photography, maps, b-roll video and 3D were seamlessly merged to provide a clear and compelling tour of the project and to satisfy concerns related to view corridors and sustainable and sensitive design.

Paradigm Production's ability to develop an informative and engaging presentation has been extremely beneficial to May Town Center. They quickly grasped the key messages and translated our rough concepts into an incredibly detailed vision of May Town Center. Paradigm will play an integral role throughout the development of this exceptional $4 billion, mixed-use project in Nashville, Tennessee.

THE PROBLEM:
There were concerns from various citizen groups regarding the impact of the project on the existing cobblestones, the view from Beale Street, and how it tied into Tom Lee Park.

OUR SOLUTION:
Paradigm Productions merged photography and 3D virtual environments to capture the project from various vantage points with a particular emphasis on the usage of the site. A few dozen actors were shot on our greenscreen for incorporation into these vignettes. The project is currently under construction.

Paradigm’s work has been invaluable in helping us to convey the true sense of this complicated project. Of particular note was Paradigm’s ability to revise the images as we made necessary design changes. Through the before and after perspective of Paradigm’s images, we were able to show the State Historic Preservation Office the design changes we had made in response to their concerns, and thus acquire the required approvals to go forward with the project.
