Hope Dalton

Digital Account Manager

^ This is my happy place.

Resident crazy plant lady.

I’m a passionate person driven by creativity and curiosity. Creativity led me to study studio art and art history in college, where I quickly picked up skills like creative problem-solving, time management, and how to best juggle priorities. By my junior year, I discovered that I also had a passion for helping other creatives and artists get their work seen.

So, I began planning and orchestrating art exhibitions for my peers, and interning at the University of Memphis’ student art gallery. Later, I coordinated events and advertising for Art Village Gallery as well. From there, my curiosity led me to enter a career in marketing and advertising. Now my passion is helping clients of all backgrounds communicate what their passion is and make their voice heard.

At Paradigm, I oversee all of our digital projects - from websites, SEO, and digital advertising to planning the development of web applications. My goal is to provide our clients with practical results by merging marketing and design with analytics and data. I basically make sure all the behind-the-scenes code stuff is working and our clients’ SEO game is on point for the best results!

When not at work, you can find me spending time with my husband (he’s super awesome), hanging out with friends, and cultivating my indoor garden of plants, cacti, and succulents. Rather than your average crazy cat lady, I’m kind of a crazy plant lady.
